How to make Hikid milk

For every 180ml of water mixed with 45g of milk, equivalent to 6-7 cast iron spoons (1 spoon measures 7g of powder), shake well until dissolved.
Give your baby 2-3 times a day.

Do not feed your child the leftover milk from the previous meal.
