SHIPPING PROCESS

All orders are fulfilled from our location in California, USA, and at this time, we do not offer a pick-up option. However, we look forward to welcoming customers for in-person visits starting in July 2023. The specific date and location will be notified to you in advance. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your patience.

Time Frame:

  • Processiong Time: 1-5 business days. Cut-off time: 2:00 pm PST
  • Shipping Time: 3-4 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: 4-9 business days
  • We do not fulfill and ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

US Shipping Fee:

  • For order from $85: shipping fee is $6.99
  • For order below $85: shipping fee is $0

In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you by email and provide the choice to cancel or wait for the order.

Note: 

  1. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address provided. Please ensure to check your spam or promotion folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
  2. If you have not received a shipping email or your tracking number has not updated within 7 business days, please track your package as mentioned above. In the event that you are unable to track your package, kindly contact us at support@asian-authentic.com. Our team will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours. 
  3. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
  4. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that Asian-authentic.com cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, service interruptions, or delays caused by the carrier due to high volume. We will make every effort to mitigate any potential disruptions and keep you informed of any changes or delays that may arise. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Can I edit my order details, such as shipping address, name, or phone number, after placing the order?
Please ensure that you carefully review all information before placing your order, as we are unable to make edits once the order is placed. In the event that you need to make changes, the only option available is to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details. It is essential to provide accurate shipping addresses, as any responsibility for incorrect addresses rests with the customer if the order has already been shipped. 

If you provide an incorrect address, and the cancellation window has passed, and we have already shipped the order, it will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend reaching out to the provided address or contacting the carriers directly to resolve any delivery issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel your order. If you cancel within this timeframe, an automatic cancellation will be initiated, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations beyond this timeframe. If your order has already been shipped within the cancellation window, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you can return the order once it is received.
