    You can return your order for any reasons within 30 days of the delivery date. 

      Note:

      • We will provide a free return label for any reasons.
      • To secure the full credit, the return items must be in the original packaging condition (unused and unopened). If the products are opened or used, we still accept the return with 30% restocking fee which will be deducted to your refund. 
      • Please be aware that the original shipping fee, if applicable, cannot be refunded unless there are issues caused by our company, such as sending wrong items, expired or defective products.

      RETURNING AN ITEM BY MAIL

      • Please send us a request by email to: support@asian-authentic.com with Your Order Number, Full Name, and the Reasons you would like to return. One of our staff will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
      • You also can live chat on our website to request return.
      • Please do not return the items without our authorization. 
      • We’ll send you an email with a return label within 24 hours and you just stick it on the package and drop off at any USPS/ UPS locations.

      Note: 

      • Please include the original packing slip inside your return package.

      REFUND:

      After receiving your returned items, we will issue the refund within 3-5 business days. Please allow another 3-5 business days to receive the fund back.

      DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

      • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please kindly email our Customer Service Representative at support@asian-authentic.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number from your original confirmation e-mail to the Representative. Your e-mail address and phone number will also be required by the Representative. 
      • Depending on the availability of the items, we will either replace them or provide a refund for your purchase.
      • Our policy requires pictures to be provided for damaged, defective items, or when wrong items are sent. These pictures are essential for our carrier insurance and to help us identify and address any mistakes. Regrettably, without the necessary pictures, we are unable to fully resolve the issue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing the required visual evidence. Thank you for your patience as we work towards a solution.
