Main Ingredients and Uses:

Instructions for Use:
- Adults: take 1-3 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by your doctor
- Children 6-12 years old: Take 1-2 capsules daily (cut capsule and squeeze out oil inside mixed with milk, juice or cereal) or as directed by your doctor.
- Children 2-6 years old: Take 1 capsule per day (cut the capsule and squeeze out the oil inside to mix with milk, juice or cereal) or as directed by your doctor.
