3. Ingredients:
100% high-quality mushroom wings, found on ancient pine trees at Seoraksan Mountain, over 1500m high, the highest mountain in the Taebaek mountain range of Korea. This place is especially famous because favorable weather and terrain converge to create herbal gifts that are extremely valuable for human health.
4. Instructions for use
- Drinking water: 20 - 30g boil with 1 liter of water.
- Soaking in wine: ratio of 100g of soaked mushrooms to 1 liter of wine.
- Cook red apple and lingzhi sweet soup: Prepare ingredients including lingzhi mushrooms, red apples, rock sugar, and licorice. Put all the ingredients in a cup with boiling water like you would a normal tea.
- Cook soup: Use water cooked from Ganoderma lucidum to cook soup. This way helps us get nutritious food for people who have just recovered from illness and the elderly.
5. Note
- Can be used instead of drinking water every day, very good for purifying the body.
- Ganoderma mushrooms are best used in the morning on an empty stomach. Drinking lots of water increases the effectiveness of eliminating toxins.
- Do not use iron or stainless steel kettles to cook Ganoderma mushrooms because the mushroom spores are incompatible with metal ingredients.
